  The Cell and Gene Circuit Design Center investigates the fundamental principles and regulatory mechanisms of gene circuits across molecular and cellular scales. This research enables the rational de novo design of synthetic circuits and reveals core principles governing biological systems. The center aims to establish critical theoretical and technical foundations for advancing engineering biology, including smart biomanufacturing, cell and gene therapy, and related fields.
