  合成基因组学:通过DNA合成技术和基因组精简设计,揭示真核生命的核心调控机制。基于多条染色体的精简与重构,探索基因组的定量特性和适应性,构建优化的工业酵母底盘。不同层次的基因组精简技术将推动定量合成生物学底层理论的发展,为生命功能的理性设计提供重要数据支撑。

  Synthetic Genomics: Revealing the Core Regulatory Mechanisms of Eukaryotic Life through DNA Synthesis Technology and Genome Streamlining Design. Based on the streamlining and reconstruction of multiple chromosomes, it explores the quantitative traits and adaptability of genomes to construct optimized industrial yeast chassis. Genome streamlining technologies at different levels will promote the development of foundational theories in quantitative synthetic biology and provide critical data support for the rational design of biological functions.
