The 18th Q-Bio International Conference will be held in Shenzhen Guangming Science City from July 26 to 29, 2024. The conference will be jointly hosted by Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, SIAT University (preparatory), Shenzhen Institute of Synthetic Biology, Peking University, Shenzhen Synthetic Biology Association, etc..
Q-Bio has been held since 2007 and has been held for 17 sessions worldwide. Since its launch, Q-Bio has attracted researchers from all over the world, and established a high reputation and influence in the fields of biophysics and systems biology. It has provided a communication platform for the young scholars in the field of quantitative biology to discuss and exchange views on important issues such as complex behavior and quantitative pattern under the multiple dimensions of life system, and promote the integrated development of mathematics, physics, computer science and life science.
Q-Bio will be held in Shenzhen again this year. The domestic organizing committee will be headed by researcher Liu Chenli, Vice President of Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology and president of Shenzhen Institute of Synthetic Biology. With the theme of quantitative biology, the conference will cover frontier research in such fields as artificial intelligence, synthetic biology, systems biology, tumor biology, molecular evolution, and microbiome and share and explore the latest achievements in the field of quantitative biology in various forms such as keynote speeches delivered by invited guests, oral presentations and posters.
