一、招聘要求如下：
1. 在细胞生物学、分子生物学、化学工程，生物材料、合成生物学，生物医学工程，临床医学、免疫学等领域已经获得或即将获得博士学位。
优先考虑有以下研究经验：
1）有生物材料合成及表征，合成基因环路设计、基因工程相关研究背景者；
2）有三维生物制造，类器官芯片，组织器官再生相关研究背景者；
3）有骨科组织工程、骨关节炎、软骨再生，生物力学相关研究背景者；
4）有干细胞培养、动物模型，三维生物打印机制造等方面研究工作经验者；
6）对于合成生物学在生物材料，纳米材料，再生医学以及其临床转化应用有强烈兴趣
2. 在以上学科，或相关领域在国际期刊上以第一作者或者通讯作者发表过论文的申请者优先考虑。有意申请者请将论文摘要及PubMed ID 附在简历中。
3. 具有良好的中英文口头表达和写作能力
4. 团队合作意识强，认真负责的工作态度，积极创新的科研热情。
5. 身体健康，能长期稳定工作，年龄不超过35岁
二、聘后管理
博士后聘用期两年。
1.年薪25-34万元之间（含广东省和深圳市博士后生活补助）；
2.协助获取深圳市人才安居工程3万的租房补贴，新能源电动车90小时免费补贴；
3.在站可申请中国博士后科学基金资助（自然科学资助标准为一等12万，二等8万元;社会科学资助标准一般为一等8万，二等5万）。出站后，符合条件者可申请博士后留深科研资助项目；
4. 按正式员工缴纳五险一金，与正式员工同等享有年度考核奖金、年终奖金、横向课题奖励、专利申请奖励及伙食补贴等福利待遇；
5．在站工作期间计入我院工龄，并可参加我院职称评定，出站优先留院工作；
6.协助解决本人、配偶及其未成年子女调户入深问题，协助解决子女义务教育阶段入园、入学问题；
7.先进院现行博士后相关政策均以广东省、深圳市下发的文件为依据，如后期省、市人才政策变动，先进院的博士后相关政策亦将随之调整。

I . The recruitment requirements for Postdoctoral Researchers:
1. Has obtained or is about to obtain a Ph.D degree in the fields of cell biology, molecular biology, chemical engineering, biomaterials, synthetic biology, biomedical engineering, clinical medicine, immunology, etc.
Priority is given to the following research experience:
1) Those with research background in biomaterial synthesis and characterization, synthetic gene loop design, and genetic engineering;
2) Those with relevant research background in 3D biomanufacturing, organoid chips, and tissue regeneration;
3) Those with relevant research background in orthopedic tissue engineering, osteoarthritis, cartilage regeneration, and biomechanics;
4) Those with research experience in stem cell culture, animal models, 3D bioprinter manufacturing, etc.;
2. Applicants who have published papers as first authors or corresponding authors in international journals in the above disciplines or related fields are preferred. Interested applicants should attach the abstract of the published papers to their resumes.

II. Post-employment management
The post-doctoral appointment period is two years.
1. The annual salary is between 260,000 and 340,000 yuan (including Guangdong and Shenzhen post-doctoral living allowance);
2. Assist in obtaining 30,000 rental subsidies for the Shenzhen Human Resources Housing Project and 90-hour free subsidies for new energy electric vehicles;
3. You can apply for Chinese Postdoctoral Science Fund support at the station (the natural science funding standard is 120,000 for the first class and 80,000 for the second class; the social science funding standard is generally 80,000 for the first class and 50,000 for the second class). After leaving the station, those who meet the conditions can apply for post-doctoral research support projects;
4. Buy full insurances for candicates according to regular employees and enjoy the same benefits as regular employees in annual assessment bonuses, year-end bonuses, horizontal project awards, patent application awards and meal allowances;
5. Assist in resolving the problem of transfer of family members and their spouses and their minor children, and assist in solving the problems of children's school admission and school enrollment during compulsory education;
6. The current postdoctoral policies of the Advanced Institute are based on documents issued by Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City. If the provincial and municipal talent policies are changed later, the postdoctoral policies of the Advanced Institute will also be adjusted accordingly.
