司龙龙博士,中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院合成生物学研究所研究员、博士生导师。

司龙龙博士,中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院合成生物学研究所研究员、博士生导师,定量合成生物学重点实验室(中国科学院)副主任。入选国家高层次人才(青年)、深圳市高层次人才。博士毕业于北京大学,在哈佛大学Wyss研究所、哈佛医学院完成博士后研究工作。实验室主要研究方向为“病毒感染及防治研究的新策略和新系统的开发及应用”,包括人体器官体外仿生系统“人体器官芯片”、新型病毒疫苗技术、抗病毒药物的开发。发表论文40余篇,其中代表性研究成果以通讯作者、第一作者(含共同一作)发表于Science、 Nature Biotechnology、Nature Biomedical Engineering、 Nature Communications、Science Advances等专业期刊,申请和授权专利20余项,合作开发的一个抗新冠药物已申请进入临床II期试验。部分研究工作获 “中国科学十大进展”、“国际疫苗学会-年度论文”、Wyss Technology Development Fellowship等荣誉奖励。

Longlong Si is a professor in the Institute of Synthetic Biology at Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology (SIAT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and the associated director of Key Laboratory of Quantitative Synthetic Biology, CAS. Before joining SIAT, he was a Wyss Technology Development Fellow and postdoctoral research fellow in the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering at Harvard University and Harvard Medical School. He received his Ph.D. in Chemical Biology from Peking University and his bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from West China School of Pharmacy, Sichuan University. Si Lab’s research interests lie at the interface of synthetic biology and virology/vaccinology/biomedical engineering, and they have focused on Synthetic Biology-Inspired Virus Engineering for Medical Innovation, Human Organ-on-a-Chip Technology Development and Applications, as well as Translating the Innovations into Commercial Products. He has authored more than 40 publications and his representative accomplishments have been published in Science, Nature Biotechnology, Nature Biomedical Engineering, Nature Communications, Science Advances etc. He has filed more than 20 patents, including one anti-COVID-19 drug that is under testing in Phase II clinical trial. Part of the findings and technologies were awarded “Top 10 Scientific Progress of China in 2017”, “International Society for Vaccines (ISV)-Paper of the Year”, and “Wyss Technology Development Fellowship”.
