1. 中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院(以下简称“先进院”),由中国科学院、深圳市政府、香港中文大学于2006年在深圳共同组建,定位于创建国际一流的工业研究院。先进院是集教育、科研、产业、资本四位为一体,充分发挥学科交叉特色,集成创新新优势,建立经济预测机制,培养市场拓展能力的复合平台。2018年11月16日,深圳市人民政府与中国科学院在深签署《合作共建中国科学院深圳理工大学协议书》,依托深圳先进院及中科院在粤科研力量建设中国科学院深圳理工大学。建设的目标是面向未来产业科技与人才需求,积极融入粤港澳大湾区建设当中,建设成为世界一流、小而精的研究型大学,为服务国家重大战略需求做出重要贡献。


Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology (SIAT)-Chinese Academy of Sciences was jointly established by Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), and the Shenzhen Municipal Government in 2006. Over the past 12 years, SIAT has earned an outstanding reputation for translating findings from basic research into industrial application under the efforts of the interdisciplinary teams of scientists and engineers. The wide-ranging expertise drawing from technical, engineering or science professions has now positioned SIAT at the interface between Biology Technologies (BT) and Information Technologies (IT) for the 21st century innovation. 


2. 深圳合成生物学创新研究院(以下简称“深圳深圳合成院”)是由深圳先进院牵头建设的非法人科研机构,由合成所以“院所共建”的形式具体建设。深圳合成院下设研究部、大设施运行维护部、产业转化中心和综合事务部四个主要部门。深圳合成院的愿景是构建生命,理解生命,融合BT和IT,建设世界一流的合成生物学研究机构。深圳合成院将秉承“造物致知,造物致用”的建院理念,聚焦人工生命体系的理解,重塑与扩展这一重大科学挑战,开展合成生物学基本原理、共性方法和医学转化应用研究。重点突破生命体系定量描述与预测能力,人工基因组设计与构建、自动化铸造测试等共性关键技术能力,推进合成生物技术在医疗、健康、材料、能源领域的应用示范。推动生命科学从认识生命到设计生命的跨越。


Shenzhen Institute of Synthetic Biology is an unincorporated scientific research institute led by the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (SIAT). The Institute of Synthetic Biology of SIAT, Shenzhen Second People's Hospital, and BGI comprise the core participating units. With the vision of building and understanding life, integrating BT and IT, and constructing a world-class research institute of synthetic biology, our institute adheres to the concept of "build life to understand it, build life to use it", focusing on the understanding of artificial life systems, through research on the basic principles, common methods and medical translation of synthetic biology.


3. 合成微生物组学研究中心

合成微生物组学将研究的对象由单一微生物扩展到多种不同微生物构成的复杂系统,利用合成生物学的工具,构建具有可控功能和稳定性的微生物菌群,通过对微生物组的设计与精准调控来解决人体健康、农业生产、环境保护等重要问题。合成微生物组学研究中心将形成完善的创新生态,引领在合成生物学与微生物组学的交叉领域进行原创性研究,并且推动人工合成菌群在临床、工农业生产等领域的应用。


Center for Synthetic Microbiome

Using cutting-edge technologies of synthetic biology, the emerging field of Synthetic Microbiome aims to engineer complex microbial communities to achieve desired function and stability. Rational design and precise modulation of microbial communities holds promise for solving important issues in multiple areas, including human health, sustainable agriculture, etc. The Center for Synthetic Microbiome will create an innovative ecosystem to promote basic research of synthetic microbial communities as well as their applications in medicine, agriculture and bio-manufacturing.

岗位:独立PI(研究员/副研究员)


岗位描述

具有微生物组工程、微生物-免疫互作、肠道菌群代谢、生物信息学、合成生物学等相关研究背景的研究员或副研究员,能够独立带领团队开展科研相关工作。

Scientific research support:

Shenzhen Institute of Synthetic Biology will provide sufficient scientific research start-up funds according to the corresponding positions of international first-class universities. At the same time, we will give full support in laboratory space, team building and recruit students etc.
